Terms of Service

• Sign-in uses email verification codes (handled by Clerk). There is no password; access to your account is access to your email inbox, so keep that inbox secure.
• You must provide a valid email address you control, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person or organization per account. You may add multiple sites to one account, within your plan's limits.

You agree not to use FlowGlance to:

• Collect visitor data unlawfully, or on sites you do not own or lack authority to instrument.
• Track people in ways they have not been told about. If you embed our script on your site, you must disclose the analytics to your visitors (for example in your own privacy policy) and comply with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply to you and your visitors, including any consent requirements.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access data belonging to other customers.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

You are the data controller for visitor data collected on your sites; we act as your processor. Ensuring your visitor disclosures and legal basis cover this analytics for your audience and jurisdiction is your responsibility.

• The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 site. The Pro plan is $19/month and includes 10 sites, higher AI limits, full daily index checking, and priority support. Current details are on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and billed monthly in advance. We never see your full card number.
• You can cancel anytime through the self-serve billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy — including the 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro charge.
• If a payment fails and remains unpaid after reasonable retries and notice, we may downgrade the account to the Free plan.
• If we change prices, existing subscribers get advance notice by email before the new price applies to them.

• You own the data collected from your sites. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Deleting a site deletes its collected data; deleting your account deletes your data.
• Optional integrations (such as a read-only Stripe key or Search Console access) are always your choice to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time.

AI insights are generated by a large language model reading your analytics data. They are suggestions, not guarantees: verify significant decisions against your own data and judgment. AI features are subject to the monthly limits of your plan.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be complete — browsers, ad blockers, and network conditions can all affect collection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowGlance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — particularly the acceptable-use rules in section 2 — after notice where practical, or immediately for serious violations.
• On termination, data deletion follows the Privacy Policy, and any prepaid period is handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect; continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
