Terms of Service

The service

FlowGlance provides website analytics: visitor journey timelines, conversion and revenue tracking, search data, and AI-generated suggestions. You get a non-exclusive right to use it for websites you own or are authorized to instrument.

Your responsibilities

You may only install the snippet on sites you control, and you are responsible for complying with the privacy laws that apply to yourvisitors — including disclosing analytics in your own privacy policy and configuring the privacy dial appropriately for your jurisdiction. Don't use FlowGlance to collect data you have no right to collect, don't probe or overload the service, and keep your API keys secret.

Billing

The Free plan is free. Pro is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe; cancel anytime from the billing portal and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Data

Analytics data you collect belongs to you. We process it per the Privacy Policy, keep it confidential, and delete it when you delete the site or account.

Service quality & liability

FlowGlance is provided "as is", in active development and early access. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that analytics are error-free — never make irreversible business decisions on a single number. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
