Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly at $19/month through Stripe. We never see your full card number. You can manage everything — payment method, invoices, cancellation — in the self-serve billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?
Your data stays intact. You keep one active site and the Free limits apply going forward: 3 AI insights per month and basic index checks. If you have more than one site, you choose which one stays active — nothing is deleted.
What about refunds?
Our refund terms are laid out plainly in the Refund Policy. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we'll sort it out.
