Cancelling Pro

Open the billing portal from your dashboard and click cancel — it takes effect at the end of the current paid month, you keep Pro features until then, and no further charges happen. No email required, no retention hoops.

Refunds

If FlowGlance didn't deliver for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a chargeand we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Edge cases

Charges older than 14 days are refunded at our discretion (write to us anyway — if something was broken on our side, we'll make it right). Repeated subscribe-refund cycles may be declined. Free plan usage never involves any charge.
