What exactly does the snippet collect?
Page views, scroll behavior (depth, direction, re-scrolls), time on page, clicks on links and buttons (never what you type), and the conversion events your site fires — sign-up, checkout, purchase, plus any custom events you name. The privacy dial (L0–L3) controls how much of that is on, and it's enforced on our servers, not just in the script.
Do I need to give FlowGlance admin access to anything?
No. The snippet is a plain script tag. Search Console is connected by adding our read-only service account with 'Restricted' permission — the lowest Google offers. Stripe uses a restricted read-only key. You can disconnect any of them at any time; your history stays.
Is visitor data shared with the AI?
Only aggregates. When you press the fable 5 button we send totals, rates and top pages — never raw events, never email addresses. You can also skip our AI entirely: the export button gives you the same data pack to paste into your own AI for free.
How much does Pro cost and what do I get?
Pro is $19/month: up to 10 sites, ~hourly data pushes (12/day), fable 5 insights (5 runs per site per day), and priority revenue sync. Free stays genuinely useful: one site, full journey timelines, daily push.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from the billing portal — takes effect at the end of the paid period, no questions asked. If FlowGlance didn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we refund it. Full policy on the Refunds page.
Does the snippet slow my site down?
The tracker is a few KB of dependency-free JavaScript, loads with defer, and sends data with sendBeacon so it never blocks navigation. If our endpoint is down, your site doesn't notice.
